Tasks :

Reporting to Head of KAM / Sales you will be responsible for : >

Sustainable growth of all defined Key Account Customers >

Maximizing customer revenues by growing defined key accounts in terms of turnover, GP and volume >

Developing a Key Account Strategy Plan and Targets >

Alignment with organizational units responsible for products and their defined strategies and objectives such as Air, CL / SCM, Land and Ocean >

Vertical Market planning where Key Account Management is organized in Vertical Markets >

Alignment with global Vertical Markets >

Steering and coordinating Country KAM activities (target setting, account planning, alignment regarding use of TM tools and CRM) >

Steering of Key Account specific coordination teams (i.e. Customer Steering Team, Key Account Teams, Customer Service, Control Tower) >

Exploring and progressively managing new business opportunities within Oman >

Monitoring of planned country KAM targets and its achievement levels if required, implementation of appropriate corrective actions to fullfil defined KAM targets >

Managing the external and internal relationship / teams >

Regular communication / info update on market trends and future customer demands

Requirements :

Bachelors’ Degree preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields >

Minimum 05-07 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Business or Logistics Fields >

Good knowledge of Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding and Customs Regulations >

Very good command of English (reading, writing & speaking) >

Advanced MS Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint >

A valid driving license Key Skills : >

Strong interpersonal skills (presentation, negotiation, leadership, team work) >

Customer service skills (communication and problem solving) >

Well-organised with exceptional time management skills >

Team work orientation and high sense of communication and cooperation
