Educational Qualifications Secondary School certificate and having 04 years of work experience preferably in an administrative position.
OR Less then Secondary School with 06 years of WY experience in similar function

Conduct general communication tasks for the entire L&D department.
Provide & maintain systematic administrative support on office management.
Assist in the management of the internship program for Omani nationals & attend to welfare issues of the trainees
Gathers, enters, and / or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriated..
Prepare & maintain trainee’s files, progress reports, attendance records & medical formalities.
Prepare monthly HRMIS reports together with other monthly reports required by the company
Assist in all related job / tasks that may be assigned and as required by Vice President Learning & Development
