Under the general direction of the Chef DePartie / Sous Chef within the limits of established Crowne Plaza and localhotel policies and procedures, supervises and controls the commis assigned to thedecided shift under the direct guidance and instruction of the Chef De Partie.

  • Controllingthe loss and damage of Kitchen equipment by giving proper instruction to thesubordinates
  • PEOPLE

  • Establishand promotes a good team work within the Kitchen, service, stewarding andF&B supporting Outlets.
  • GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Makes surethat the set-up is always ready so that he / she may give a quick, efficient andquality service.
  • Takes aprofessional self interest to constantly maintaining a high standard of foodpreparation / presentation.
  • He makessure all the dishes are uniform and that established portion sizes are adheredto.
  • Qualifications
