Aspire is delighted to begin a search for an exceptional Palaces Manager who is European Trained with a luxury five star background, ideally as cluster General manager or Director
Must be able to oversee 6 satelite palaces, oversee individual palace needs, work with palace managers to implement a cohesive standards policy to implementing training, health and safety and suitable bench marks to ensure every facet of the operation is in alignment with leading luxury standards for the most discerning guests.
The position is based in Oman and requires extensive travel to each Palace location, overseeing demanding client demands and intensive deadlines.
Group Director of Palaces
Aspire have been asked to identify a palaces Director to oversee 4 palaces for the Royal Family
The major responsibilities are to promote and ensure the Family satisfaction and the care and well being of their guests and the provide the teams that provide the service to the family with the support and guidance and the means to full fill the expectations expected from them.
The appointed person shall have the ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on personnel satisfaction and delivering prompt, courteous luxury 5 star service.
To be accountable for establishing superior standard and quality service, for developing highest level of personnel professional performance and controlling, planning, organizing and directing all operations and servicesincluding food and beverage, housekeeping and maintenance and ensure all staff arrangements and care are provided in a professional and motivational way.
As Director, you will pay attention to the details, setting the example for staff to deliver the highest standard of service and presentation that meets the Family's needs and expectations.
To be involved in the hands-on day-to-day running of the each palace household, which may include assessing all provisions are in keeping with luxury delivery by observation and feedback.
To be accountable for budgeting and financial management.
Proven Ability to communicate effectively with family members, senior management, and support staff. Ability to respond effectively to changing demands.
A minimum of 20 year's management and leadership experience in luxury hotel or hospitality industry as a General manager or Cluster GM
Bachelor's degree in institutions’ management, hospitality services, foods and nutrition, business administration or other related field, prefers MBA.
