Job Description

  • Looking for an experienced Consultant for an office building / restoration project supporting in planning, management and cost controlling.
  • Responsible to create the requirement specification for the new office & do a feasibility study regarding the compliance of requirements with the new office space.
  • Develop a cost model for the overall move, including but not limited to design, construction, materials and moving as basis for the budget approval.
  • After budget approval, the consultant should manage the end to end tendering process and negotiate the design and set the timeline to contract to ready to sign.
  • Coordinate and supervise all project initiatives, manage all contractors again SLA and timeline untill acceptance.
  • Desired Profile

  • Min 7 years’ experience in professional project management, who has exposure to office restoration / renovation project.
  • Exposure to Office architecture and layout
  • Commercial construction
  • Financial engineering (cost models, business case)
  • Interior design
  • Oman market knowledge is mandatory for office contractors, architects, office material suppliers etc.
  • 6 months extendable contract.
