Educational Qualifications Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration with 02 years of relevant experience handling Cargo Sales and Marketing experience in the Aviation sector or related industryOR Two years College Diploma in a related discipline with 04 years of relevant experience.
OR Specialised certificate / License in the related field with Secondary School and having 08 years of WY / Aviation experience in similar functions.
Experience Required as mentioned in the qualification area
Performance measuring of GKAs at station level and provide reports and graphs to line manager on monthly basis for analysis and decision making on further actions.
Extract and maintain statistical data of GKAs in terms of revenue, tonnage, yields, etc. by destination and lanes to line manager for analysis and evaluation
Prepare a marketing platform that suits the needs of a fast growing cargo division of Oman Air by communicating the principal values of Oman Air Cargo to customers and stake holders alike.
Ensure the cargo marketing plan is synchronized with core objective and values of the department and in line with the guidelines provided by corporate marketing department for Oman Air as a carrier.
Initiate design process of all promotion material, flyers, advertisement, etc. in coordination with Corporate Marketing department and designated Agency / s
Design, develop, update and maintain cargo website / page in coordination with E-Commerce department, IT and Cargo Automation.
Effectively control budget levels for promotion material, advertising and other related activities ensuring value for money and return on investment following corporate procurement procedures.
Design and develop a flexible platform for event marketing and fairs. Plan and organize Oman Air Cargo presence in Industry events and exhibitions across the world.
Participate in promotion events on international level and ensure smooth execution.
Develop and update a data-base and maintain relationship with representatives from press and Industry Magazines.
Draft industry press-releases in English and / or other languages and organize their timely distribution subject to internal approvals and confirmation from Corporate Communication department.
Liaise with advertising agents and press representatives.
