The Grand Millennium Hotel Muscat is the flagship of the Grand Millennium Brand. The Hotel is a Shariapliant with seven (7) F&B outlets, spa and recreation and a total of 328 rooms and apartments.

Carrying outthe agreed treatments and rmendations with the guests, maintaining anongoing dialog and service advice according to the exact procedures for thevarious treatments.
Maximisingprofit through driving revenues and controlling costs within the business;achieving budget through planned initiatives and controlling.
Managing andassess the team performance and direct the team to achieve success whereeveryone contributes.
Ensuring thata high standard of customer care and treatment is delivered
Leading,motivating and directing the other employees
Effectivelydriving treatment delivery to meet, and where possible exceed, targets;
Ensuring thatthe booking system is managed effectively
Maintaining and managing Spa customers data base
Monitoringvisitors and assisting with inquiries
Receiving andgreeting visitors in an efficient, tactful and courteous manner
Ensuring thatthe highest standards are maintained within the spa and oversee the staff toensure smooth running of operations
Developing andmaintaining good relationships with guests
Guidingtechnicians to acquire a thoroughprehension of client's needs, mistakes andmisunderstanding to be eliminated
Health Club and Spa management courses
A minimum of 3-5 years previous experience as Spa Manager or Assistant SPA Director in a luxury hotel
Minimum 2 years in Management role in an International culturally diverse workforce
Middle East Experience is desirable
Qualification in hospitality / leisure / tourism
