JOB PURPOSE :
To support the company in achieving the monthly and annual objectives through logistics support. This role is responsible in making sure that all required logistics assignments are done efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Responsibilities & their performance indicators.
NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks.
1- To assist SA in coordinating the delivery of vehicles, moving the vehicles to and from showroom / Workshop and if required to customers place.
2- Check if all incoming cars from Yard / Workshop are in good condition and to report the same to line manager if any damage is found.
3-To assist in the registration of vehicles, including taking the vehicles for Passing. To carry out business related activities as instructed by line manager.
4-To inspect and ensure all demo cars are maintained in good condition and ready for use at all times. To immediately bring to the notice of line manager as and when some defect / damage is found.
5-Sales Administrator’s supervision / Demo log book.

The role acts as the focal point to continuously promote the improvement of Customer Service in Honda. A close liaison is maintained between New car / Used car / Motorcycle sales team, after sales team, sales admin department and Marketing department in the process to create a Quality Service Culture .
The role aims to ensure that the customer experience is a positive one and the job holder is empowered to make appropriate customer-
focused decisions under the guidance of any of the Managers in the sales department where problems have occurred so that we create customers for life.
