We are searching for an accomplished and professional Chinese Chef for a superb International Hotel in Oman. Candidates will be expected to have at least 10 years’ experience within 5 star international hotels and at least 5 years overseeing a high quality Chinese Restaurant.
A unique assignment for an accomplished chef to take charge of a renowned award winning Chinese Restaurant which is a leading, stylish outlet, located within a deluxe hotel.
With a large menu covering classic and contemporary Chinese dishes, this will be an enjoyable assignment where you can work in a terrific atmosphere and be part of a very successful and popular venue.
Key responsibilities will include :
Supervising the Restaurant Kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel’s SOPs and standardized menu guidelines
You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and at least 10 years’ experience in a high quality fine dining Chinese outlet.
Excellent specialized culinary skills are an absolute must in order to be considered for this role.
