About Your Job :
As Senior Airport Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing quality service to passengers in respect to check-
in, boarding, special services, lounges, and baggage services as per QR’s commercial. You will ensure safety standards and procedures are met while passengers and their baggage are handled in a consistent manner.

About You :
You will need to hold a Bachelor's Degree, trade or vocational qualification with 3 years of job related experience in customer service and at least 1 year in Airport operations.
You will have strong knowledge and hands on experience in systems related to DCS , ticketing and reservation like Amadeus.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong planning / organizing and problem solving skills. You will need to cope with pressure and manage demanding environment, with excellent English communication (written and spoken).
