The Grand Millennium Hotel Muscat is the flagship of the Grand Millennium Brand. The Hotel is Shariapliant with seven (7) F&B outlets, spa and recreation and a total of 328 rooms and apartments.
It is located next to the Muscat Grand Mall.
Key Job Responsibilities
Implements all sales action plansrelated to his / her marketing area as outlined in the Business Plan.
Establishes and maintains files(S&C opera) on major active accounts and prospects accounts within hismarket area.
Arrange site inspections andentertainment related to his / her market.
Develops and maintains the potentialclient’s database and ensure proper documentation of accounts activities.
Maintains high level of exposure inthe hotel through direct sales solicitations, telephone contacts and writtencommunications.
Establishes and maintains effectiveemployee relations
Performs related duties and specialprojects as assigned.
Submit weekly sales activity report tothe Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing,
Establishes and monitor a MonthlySales Report.
Attends at the start of functionsrelated to accounts handled.
Interacts and liaise closely withFront Office, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and C&B Departments.
Constant follow-up oftentative / request groups to secure confirmation
Transfers contracted groups tosales Coordinator with allappropriate information and requiredfollow-up.
Fullpliance with Sales ServiceStandard.
Minimum three (3) years experience on the same field
Experience in 5 star Hotels is required
GCC Experience is a must
