Job Overview :

As Guest Experience Specialist, youwill provide reception services for Guests to contribute to an overallexceptional experience from check-

in through check-out and complete audits, asrequired. Receptionist contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and,therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards :

Duties &Responsibilities :

  • Demonstratea knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions andother general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
  • Ensurean efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in / out, andcomplete audit procedures, as required.
  • Demonstratea high level of customer service at all time.
  • Ensurethat both the Duty Manager and Reception Supervisors are kept fully aware ofany relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments.
  • EfficientCheck in and Checkout process as per S.O.P.
  • Beaware of the company’s Loyalty programs and its various levels.
  • Ensureall vacant guest room dockets are checked for any bills or checked outregistration cards.
  • Ensureall guest profiles are updated after check-in and reviewed by the DM prior tofiling.
  • Usethe correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, creditcards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy.
  • Complywith hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
  • Actin accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of houseequipment and property management systems.
  • Followcompany brand standards.
  • Qualification andRequirements

    High school diploma and one or moreyears related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.

    Customer service skills, English Speaking isPre-Intermediate, Leadership Personality, and Hotel Working Experiences.
