Core Responsibilities :
You will be responsible of the following :
Designing and plan LANs, WANs, WLAN network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
Designing and implement network hardware and software for the new requirements and Own Stores + Promotional Activities.
Implementation of the network, server deployment, and security.
Designing and deploying networks.
Planing and Assigning routing protocols and routing table configuration.
Planning and designing network switches, routers, wireless routers & controllers, edge switches and core routers.
Configuring and troubleshooting RIP, EIGRP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, NAT, ROUTING, TRUNKING etc.
Planning the Configuration point to point network on lease lines, E1, STM1 ,4G LTE and MPLS connectivity for Own Stores
Planning the Configuration of secured FTP servers and maintaining them meeting on deman
Project management of all PABX / IVR related initiatives
Participating in new system projects
Delivering and implementing new PABX and IVR solutions.
Ooredoo representative for in-contact center modernisation strategy in front of overall Ooredoo group.
Designing / implementing / testing PCB plans for IVR and PABX systems.
Planning upgrade and backup of Cisco / Juniper Routers and Switches
Planning the critical and security patches for the managed network hardware’s
Planning and Organizing tasks, events and Configuring alarms.
Planning the Monitors of networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
Planning Regularly Evaluate and modify system's performance.
Planning the network connectivity throughout the company's LAN / WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
Planning the Monitoring the internal & external Network of the IT Enterprise systems daily and plan and ensuring data integrity and complete / robust security.
Planning for the upgrade to enhance the performance of the systems
Planning IVR changes upon requests.
Planning Call recording changes
Planning to have weekly meeting with MS as part of systems enhancement.
Dealing with different vendors as per the company process and policies during the selection & implementation of new solutions.
Planning workshop for new technology in order to boost the technology.
The Person :
You should have a minimum of 4years of experience as Network Administrator (LAN. WAN & WLAN) with :
F5 Hardware Load Balancing.
Cisco / Juniper Networking Hardware’s.
Network Protocols TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, NAT, SIP, H.323, NETBEUI, IPX / SPX.
Knowledge in Avaya contact centre setup.
Knowledge on Avaya IVR system.
Understanding of PABX Systems (preferably Nortel Meridian PABX system), associated peripheral hardware and systems like ACD, IVR and CTI.
Ideally have additional knowledge and skills in general telecommunications technologies.
Good knowledge in windows and Linux OS administration.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge in Database integrations and reporting systems.
Knowledge in physical and VM servers.
with a Bachelor degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent.
