Responsible for strategizing, enabling and driving the respective channels.
Creates processes and enables structures and supports the Branch / Line leadership / Channels and all staff for driving and enabling business delivery as defined from time to time.
Works closely with the Head Office and Branch Leadership, Third Party Service / Product Providers, Relationship Managers, to identify opportunities, construct delivery plans and strategies, and enable drivers to execute and deliver as per defined strategies, portfolio quality and business targets.
Designs, develops and implements team's business plan, strategies and tactics designed to acquire, expand and retain clients.
Achieves financial performance objectives, directs the development and implementation of specific market strategy, and leads client acquisition, growth and retention activities.
Accountable for the team's delivery of an exceptional client experience with a focus on consistently providing actionable insight based on deep discovery with each client.
Ensures the team executes on a defined contact strategy and delivers specialized capabilities.
Drives strong client commitment and advocacy by overseeing the team's delivery of proactive and responsive service. Serves as senior client experience owner by clearly and decisively leading in all client sales and service activities.
Collaborates with senior management across lines of business in the delivery of the client experience while maintaining adherence to compliance and risk management policies / procedures.
Develops a consistent strategy and process to be used on all teams to drive greater acceptance and understanding of Wealth Management solutions and Insurance Products as per needs and requirements of the customers which are compliant to the country’s regulations.
Actively travels across the business to coach teams directly as relates to best practices and participates in client meetings as needed to emulate correct behaviors.
Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent with relevant fields.
Minimum 15+ years with thorough understanding and past experience of HNI / Private Banking Management and experience in one or more areas of Wealth Management or Investment products, e.
g. bonds, equities, FX, Bancassurance, portfolio management.
Sound analytical mind and market knowledge.
Able to interpret economic data.
Confident and Willing to learn new areas within the function.
